Product Description
We are engaged in manufacturing Aluminium Heat-Treatment Pit Type Air Circulation Electrical and Melting Furnaces that have a lining done by ceramic fibre blanket & hysil block for fast heating and fast cooling. In addition, these consume low energy and are easy to maintain for the replacement of the heat element. These can be customized as well, as per the requirements made by the clients. Some other salient features of this product are as follows:- Easy connection for heating element
- Separate connection box for easy connection from control panel
- S.S. Pot increasing crucible & heat element life
- Easy door system for opening & closing
The range of aluminium heat treating & melting furnace comprises:
- Solutionising (precipitation) with rapid water quench facility

- Gas/LDO/electrically heated
